MOSCOW, Jul 1 (PRIME) -- Shareholders of Russian mobile operator MegaFon have decided against payment of the 2021 dividends as the board of directors recommended earlier, the company said in a statement on Friday.
“The net profit earned of the 2021 reporting year is not to be distributed, the dividends are not to be announced and paid,” the company said.
